"When I experienced my first deer/car accident, Kasey was so extremely helpful walking me through all the ins and outs of what needed to be done. Having a lease vehicle at the end of its lease posed a whole slew of issues and headaches I never thought I would encounter. Kasey supported me and fought for the answers I was looking for with the dealership so I could finally move on. When I call with questions everyone is always kind and courteous and makes me feel comfortable with asking questions about things I know nothing about. Kasey is always pleasant when I talk to her and makes me laugh often."

"Local agent customer service has become poor to non-existent. Over the last few years since the EA State Farm office transitioned from Bill Hubert (that team was wonderful, knew our family well and was so communicative/proactive) to Kasey Labrie - insurance customer support has decreased dramatically. I don't care about automated texts sent to me on my birthday....I WANT someone local, and physically in the office to answer the phone when I call and have questions/concerns about my auto/home insurance and to HELP me when I have a problem. There has rarely been anyone there at the Labrie office for myself or my son whenever we've called. As soon as my current car insurance claim is resolved - someone hit my vehicle, I wasn't entirely sure how to proceed, I called the office for help but no one was there, and never returned my voicemail - I'll be leaving State Farm after 35+ years of trusting them. I'll be moving to an insurance broker model instead, where apparently they actually actively assist their customers."

"First my insurance has gone up 120$ per year no explanation 2nd I’ve had so many agent switches I can’t keep track 3rd they have changed locations 4x in the past 6 years and 4th they tried putting spousal insurance on my policy when I’m not married and I had to go out of my way and waste my time to sign a piece of paper not allowing this!!! Insurance is the biggest scam out there! I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I’m looking for a new insurance co."
